We are constantly improving ways to transport guests to O’Hare & Midway Chicago airports at competitive rates. One of the challenges is to provide transportation to a larger group of people. We have brought into our fleet several different kinds of Motor Coach charter buses, sprinter vans, shuttle buses with luggage compartments to overcome this challenge. Therefore, in doing so, we have made it easier to go to the airports.
These specialty vehicles are high in demand. Since each vehicle is different from the other and each trip is unique it is highly recommended making reservations in advance. You will have the flexibility to choose a vehicle of your choice at a better rate.
After the flight lands, please proceed to the baggage claim. Collect your luggage and start heading towards the exit. You would have received a text or call from the driver within 3 to 5 minutes upon landing. Once you are ready call the driver or office at (855) 791-LIMO (5466) and provide Terminal & Gate (e.g. Terminal 3 Gate H). You will be notified of the description of the car e.g. Cadillac Escalade License Plate/ID WTG101. The Chauffeur will explain where to meet at this point.

Each airport operates differently. Keeping holidays, long weekends, traffic, baggage, and the number of passengers in mind, it is important to give yourself enough time. Most airports recommend arriving at least two hours before your departure for domestic flights and three hours for international flights. You can find more information on TSA guidelines here.
Is there an extra charge for early departures or late arrivals?
Yes, there may be an extra charge depending on how early or late your departure or arrival is. The exact fee will be determined at the time of reservation.
Is there an extra charge for waiting time?
Yes, we allow a 30-minute grace period for baggage claim and deplaning. After the 30 minutes have passed, an additional charge will apply based on the hourly rate.
For departure flights, we only need your pick-up time. You must monitor your flight status and inform our office as soon as possible if there are any changes. For more information on flight status, check out FlightAware.
For arrival flights, we need your flight name, flight number, and arrival time. We will track the return flight status and adjust your pick-up time accordingly. For detailed flight information, you can visit the O'Hare International Airport or Midway International Airport websites.
Does my limo service to O'Hare or Midway track my flight status?
We only track the status of arrival flights. Please notify our office as soon as possible if there are any changes to your departure flight status. We also require the name and number of your return flight at the time of reservation.
My departure flight is delayed. Do I need to inform your office?
Yes, you must inform our office by calling if your departure flight status has changed, as we do not track departure flights. However, if your flight is on time, there is no need to contact the office.
My arrival flight is delayed to O'Hare or Midway airport. Do I need to inform the office?
No, you do not need to inform the office of any changes to your arrival flight status. Please provide your return flight name and number at the time of reservation so we can track the flight status. There is no need to contact the office for status updates, as we will adjust your pick-up time accordingly.
I missed my flight. How do I reschedule?
If you have missed your flight, you must contact the office by calling 855.791.5466 to
reschedule. Please provide the new arrival time, along with the new flight name and
number.
There is no charge for rescheduling, and we will update your pick-up time
accordingly.
However, if you fail to inform the office about your missed flight in a timely manner,
it
will be considered a no-show, and full payment will be processed.
Your driver will be provided with your return flight itinerary and will monitor the flight status. Once your flight lands, you will receive a text message or a call from the driver. The driver will then explain the pick-up location to you.
Yes, we can provide car seats for airport transportation at an additional charge. Please provide the child's correct age to ensure the appropriate car seat is available.
Yes, we offer black car charter services to private airports. For private airport transportation, the limo service is available only on a charter basis, with a 3-hour minimum requirement.
I require an ADA vehicle. How do I book?
Currently, we do not offer Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) vehicles. We recommend finding a company that specializes in wheelchair-accessible transportation services.

Reservations
Do I need to set up an account to make a reservation?
An account is required for corporations to track reservations for frequent travelers. For individuals, there is no need to set up an account. You can request reservation summaries at any time. However, we recommend setting up an account for frequent flyers to take advantage of frequent traveler discounts.
What is the recommended time to make a reservation for airport transportation to O’Hare or Midway?
The sooner you make a reservation, the better. Early reservations increase the likelihood of vehicle availability and offer more competitive rates. Last-minute reservations are not recommended.
Do you send a reminder for my scheduled reservation?
You will receive a confirmation email at the time of booking. Driver information and a trip confirmation will be sent 24 hours before the scheduled service.
Payments
What is included in the rate?
The airport limo service rate includes the base rate, a 20% gratuity, fuel charges, highway tolls, standard service charges, and the MPEA Airport departure tax. The MPEA tax varies based on the seating capacity of the vehicle. The standard service charge covers insurance required to operate the vehicle.
How does WAYTOGO handle payments for airport transportation?
Airport transportation, including limousine services, is prearranged. Customers must pay in full 24 hours before departure. A 20% gratuity for the driver is included in the price before the trip starts. Additional gratuities can be paid in cash on the day of service. Payments can be made digitally using various methods.
How do we pay gratuities to the chauffeurs for the car service?
Gratuities are handled by the office. All payments, including gratuities, must be paid in full 24 hours before the trip begins. A 20% gratuity is already included in the rate, but extra tips can be paid directly to the driver in cash on the day of service.
What forms of payment do you accept for limo service to Midway or O’Hare?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, and checks. Payments made by check must be received 7 days prior to the service.
Cancellations
Can I reschedule or cancel my existing reservation for airport transportation service?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule an existing airport limo reservation. Please review the cancellation and rescheduling policies for different vehicle types.
Sedan & SUV:
A full refund is available if you cancel 3 days (72 hours) prior to the pick-up time. There is no extra charge to reschedule an existing reservation if done 48 hours prior to pick-up. Full payment will be processed if the reservation is canceled or rescheduled on the day of service.
Transit & Sprinter Vans (14 passengers):
A full refund is available if you cancel 7 days prior to pick-up. There is no extra charge to reschedule if done 3 days prior to pick-up.
Coach Buses (up to 56 passengers):
A full refund is available if you cancel 14 days prior to pick-up. There is no extra charge to reschedule if done 7 days prior to pick-up.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds must meet the approval criteria. Once approved, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
How can I get a copy of my receipt?
All correspondence, including reservations, payment receipts, and confirmations, is handled via email. You can request a receipt at any time by emailing us.
