Rental of limousines and or other vehicles from Way To Go Limousine is subject to the following terms and conditions:
Airport fee vary from time to time. All arrival flights will be charged an additional $4 Airport Departure Tax and $3.5 MPEA Ground Transportation charge.
Airport pickups: Additional $10/Town car $15/SUV $25/Stretch Limousines $50/Party bus will be charged for early pickups. A pick up before 6:00am and after midnight is an early pick up. Additional Charges may incur for waiting time for arriving flights. There is no extra charge for the first 15 minutes. After 15 minutes there is an extra $1 charge for every 1 minute of waiting time for a Sedan, $2 for a Stretch Limousine and SUV Stretch Limo and $3 for a Party Bus, Limo Bus or a Shuttle Bus.

Booking and Reservation:
Unless otherwise specified, all reservations require a major credit card.
Reservations are finalized upon receipt of a signed contract/service agreement. Reservations are not guaranteed until the deposit is received.
A deposit of 20% of the total amount is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation and it is non-refundable. (Please check Rescheduling, Cancellation and Refund for more detail).
A larger deposit may be required for but not limited to weddings, proms, quinceanera, charter services, minimum 3hour booking and over
Deposits are credited towards the balance due.
The balance due must have been received at last 2 days prior to the service day (Please check Payment Receivables for more detail).
Recommendations: Deposits by credit card are recommended to immediately guarantee your reservation. If the deposit is not received within 3 business days from the date the reservation is made, the reservation may be cancelled unless additional arrangements have been made.
24 hours notice is required for airport pickups/drop off cancellation. Minimum cancellation is $25 afterwards. Full amount plus 20% gratuity will be charged if cancelled on the day of service.
Rescheduling for Airport Pickups/Arrivals: Minimum charge to reschedule is $25. There is no extra charge as long as the rescheduling has been done 8 hours prior to the original pick up time. A customer will only be get picked up at his scheduled time stated at the time of making his reservation. We may or may not be able to arrange an early or later pickup in case the flight arrives early or get delayed due to any reason. A minimum of 1hour waiting time may apply to accommodate ride.
Sedan Stretch – Point to Point, Charter, Weddings, Proms and Quinceanera:
A non-refundable 20% deposit is required for all Charters, Weddings, Proms and Quinceanera services.
Minimum cancellation is $95. A minimum of 7 days notice is required for cancellation of Wedding, Prom and Quinceanera services to avoid the charge of the full fare plus 20% gratuity. Full fare plus 20% gratuity will be charged if cancelled on the day of service.
Rescheduling: We may or may not be able to reschedule if notified on the day of service or a day before. Minimum 7 days noticed is required to make any changes or reschedule. Minimum charge to reschedule is $50 or more. There is no extra charge as long as the rescheduling has been done 7 days prior to the original pick up time.
SUV Stretch Limousine – Point to Point, Charter, Weddings, Proms and Quinceanera:
A non-refundable 20% deposit is required for all Charters, Weddings, Proms and Quinceanera services
Minimum cancellation is $250. A minimum of 7 days notice is required for cancellation of Wedding, Prom and Quinceanera services to avoid the charge of the full fare plus 20% gratuity. Full fare plus 20% gratuity will be charged if cancelled on the day of service.
Rescheduling: We may or may not be able to reschedule if notified on the day of service or a day before. Minimum 7 days noticed is required to make any changes or reschedule. Minimum charge to reschedule is $95 or more. There is no extra charge as long as the rescheduling has been done 7 days prior to the original pick up time.
A non-refundable 20% deposit is required for party bus, limo bus or shuttle bus services
Minimum cancellation is $250. A minimum of 14 days notice is required for cancellation of Party Bus, Limo Bus, Shuttle bus services to avoid the charge of the full fare plus 20% gratuity. Full fare plus 20% gratuity will be charged if cancelled on the day of service.
Rescheduling: We may or may not be able to reschedule if notified on the day of service or a day before. Minimum 7 days noticed is required to make any changes or reschedule. Minimum charge to reschedule is $95 or more. There is no extra charge as long as the rescheduling has been done 7 days prior to the original pick up time
Prepaid reservations made 2 months and more in advance require minimum of 2 weeks’ notice to make any changes or Rescheduling. Minimum cancellation is $250 for such bookings. Full fare plus 20% gratuity will be charged if cancelled one week before or on the day of service.
Please Note: A refund takes about 5 to 7 business days to be credited into your account. 5% credit card processing fee plus the cancellation charges will apply.

The balance due must have been received 2 days prior to the service day to guarantee service. In some cases we will accept payments on the day of service via major credit cards.

Way To Go Limousine reserves the right to expel any person from the vehicle and/or terminate this contract in the event of a violation of any of these conditions by any passenger. In the event of such early termination, no portion of the rental fees shall be refunded.
Way To Go Limousine reserves the right to substitute the limousine or the color of the vehicle at its own discretion.
In the event any part of this contract is declared unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect
Customers Agreement with Way To Go Limousine, Inc.
Client and renter are responsible for his/her guests, for any damage to the interior and equipment’s of the vehicle. This is including but not limited to: gum, wine and alcohol spillage, vomiting, breakage of champagne, wine and drink glasses, breakage of decanters, breakage of lights, television, DVD, radio, CD player. Repair and replacement of items shall have a minimum charge of at least $250. If anyone gets sick in the car there is a $100 clean up charge. All passengers agree to behave in an orderly and well-behaved manner.
No possession, sale or consumption of any type of narcotics or illegal drugs is permitted. Violations will result in immediate termination of contract and services and forfeiture of all paid deposits and fees for service.
If the limousine rental is for a minor under the age of (18) eighteen this agreement must be signed by either a parent or legal guardian over the age of (18).
Please Note: Way To Go Limousine shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by (but not limited to) acts of nature, traffic delays, breakdown, incorrect pickup and drop-off information, and any situation beyond our control. All vehicles are quoted subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Customer Satisfaction and Guarantee Service
Way To Go Limousine strive customer satisfaction and guarantee service. If for some reason but not limited to traffic, rain, snow, or misunderstanding between pick up times AM/PM hours the driver arrives an hour or more later than the original pick up time and he is not being able to contact the customer about his delay , Way To Go Limousine will compensate minimum of $100 to the customer.
Customer agrees to accept a complete refund only, no further actions would be taken from customer, if the driver is on his way to pick up customer and unexpected situation occurs, he is not being able to contact the customer or he is not able to show up at the time of service due to but not limited to a breakdown of limo, accident, or flat tire
We will make all the necessary arrangements to accommodate the ride. If we are unable to provide the service we will refund the original amount we have charged for the fare.
All Prices/packages include one pick up location and one drop off destination. Each additional Pick up location or a drop off destination is extra. ($15 for town car $25 for Stretch Limousine $35 for an SUV Stretch Limo $75 for a Party Bus with in 5 mile radius of original destination). There might be an extra charge based on the millage driven.
To avoid additional charge, should there be a waiting period, customer must contact office 855-791-5466 or the driver. There is no extra charge for the first 15 minutes of delay. After 15 minutes there is an extra $1 charge for every 1 minute of waiting time for a sedan and $2 for Stretch Limousine and SUV Limousine and $3 for a Party Bus..
Lost and Found:
Way To Go Limousine is not responsible to any items left in the car. While we are happy to let you bring personal compact disks, iPod, iPad, video and other various personal items we do not take any responsibility for items that are left in the vehicle during or after completion of the limousine rental period.
Way To Go Limousine is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Valuables may be inventoried and stored with the chauffeur.
Smoking, Vomit and Excessive Cleaning Fees
A $100 cleaning fee is added if any glitter, rice, or confetti-type decoration is used in the company vehicles. A $100 fee may be added if excessive cleaning is necessary beyond routine cleaning (i.e.: spilled drinks/kegs, chips, popcorn, etc.). Styrofoam coolers and popcorn are not allowed. In order to maintain top-of-the-line equipment for our future customers, a $100 charge per cigarette is automatically assessed if anyone in the renting party should smoke or vomit in the company vehicles.
Please drink responsibly and advise your guests of these additional fees.
Starting/Ending Time of your Reservation
Way To Go Limousine is not responsible for time delays on behalf of you or your guests. Your time begins at the time you have scheduled our arrival Extending beyond the scheduled departure will be billed at our regular hourly rate in half-hour increments.
Average gratuity typically ranges 20-25%, and is at the discretion of renting party. A 20% gratuity will be added by default.
Non-sufficient fund payments, cancelled, or returned checks, or withdrawn payments are subject to a $35 service charge. NSF payments plus service charge must be paid in full within three days or are subject to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
Damages and/or Theft
I agree to reimburse for any theft and/or all damages caused by any persons in the renting party whether negligent or accidental, which may be billed to my credit card, or the guaranteeing credit card, upon notification of damages. I agree to pay for lost income during damage repairs. Cost for each damaged/replacement item is as follows: Interior items glasses, stereo/ video equipment, compact discs, upholstery) up to $500. I agree to pay Way To Go Limousine's legal fees and collection costs, if necessary.
Please do not open doors while vehicle is in motion, or stand while vehicle is traveling on highways. This includes throwing any items from the vehicle. This may result in termination of services, if the Chauffeur feels necessary.
Party Bus :
Please do not hang from the dance pole, as it should only have a maximum body weight of 200lbs. Anyone found jumping/ standing from bus seats may be asked to leave the vehicle. Way To Go Limousine will not be held liable for injury, due to standing, or dancing while vehicle is parked or in motion.
Termination of Services
The following may be grounds to terminate our services with no refund for rental time not used, including, but not limited to: possession of weapons or illegal drugs, minor consumption of alcohol, theft or damages sustained to company property, disorderly conduct, including excessive alcohol consumption, failure to comply with company policies set forth within this service agreement. Way To Go Limousine reserves the right to refuse service, if necessary. The following may be reason to terminate our services with a refund limited to rental time not used, including, but not limited to: in climate weather conditions or circumstances beyond the driver’s control. Please keep in mind, our success is based on your business. Way To Go Limousine strives to operate with exceptional equipment, and with your safety in mind. Way To Go Limousine will not terminate your services unless absolutely necessary. Way To Go Limousine also reserves the right to substitute a comparable limousine, if absolutely necessary, if the limousine reserved is out of service.
If at any time you have any questions regarding this contract, please have the customer service explain any item to you, prior to departure. If still you have not received the answer to a question, please call (855) 791-5466 for the owner of the company. As reading and signing this contract, you have agreed to all the terms, and acknowledge that you have advised the rest of your guests of the vehicle.
NOTE: Due to extreme size, wheelbase and passenger capacity of our limousines, we are required to stop at all railroad crossing. These vehicles sometimes may not be able to enter a requested destination due to/or clearance (i.e.: crowded parking lots, steep inclines, tight spots etc.) our chauffeur will do their best to get as close as possible to the desired location.
